How light gauge steel trusses are made

Every truss starts as a 3D model built from your plans. That file drives the roll-former directly.
Galvanised steel coil feeds through the machine, which forms the profile, punches holes and cuts each member to length, then prints a label on it.
Members are assembled on a jig, fixed and checked, then stacked for delivery in install order.
